We recommend booking your wedding planner as soon as possible after your engagement, ideally 12-18 months before your wedding date. For popular wedding seasons (spring and fall), bookings often happen 18-24 months in advance. However, we also accommodate couples with shorter timelines whenever our schedule permits.
A venue coordinator works specifically for the venue and primarily handles logistics related to the facility itself (room setup, food service, etc.). A wedding planner works exclusively for you, managing all aspects of your wedding including vendor coordination, design elements, timeline creation, and personal support throughout the planning process and wedding day.
Our planning services start at $2,500 for day-of coordination and range up to $9,500+ for full-service planning. The exact cost depends on your specific needs, wedding complexity, guest count, and the level of service required. During our complimentary consultation, we'll discuss your vision and provide a detailed quote tailored to your requirements.
While we have an extensive network of trusted vendors we're happy to recommend, we always respect your preferences. If you have specific vendors in mind, we're more than happy to work with them. Our goal is to create your perfect wedding day, which means honoring your choices while providing guidance based on our experience.

We'll talk about your style preferences, priorities, budget considerations, and any specific needs. We'll explain our planning approach and the services we offer. This meeting typically lasts about an hour and can be conducted in person at our office or virtually, depending on your preference.
We limit the number of weddings we take on to ensure each couple receives the attention and care they deserve. Typically, we handle no more than two weddings per weekend, and we assign a dedicated lead planner to each event. This approach allows us to maintain our high standards of service and fully commit to making each wedding exceptional.
